Equus holds groundbreaking for Madison Landsdale Station scheme

16 November 2017

Equus Capital Partners has kicked off construction of its mixed use project, Madison Lansdale Station. The “transit oriented” scheme, which is located next to the SEPTA Lansdale Train Station 30 miles northwest of Philadelphia, will feature a 181 unit luxury garden style apartment complex and 15,500 square feet of ground level retail. Common amenities will include an outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge areas, indoor dog wash, and a package delivery center. Equus, based in Yardley, acquired the downtown Lansdale development for $1.9 million from the Lansdale Parking Authority, which no longer needed the location for parking following SEPTA’s construction of a 680-space garage nearby. The building was designed by Philadelphia-based Wulff Architects and will have DeLuca Select lead the project’s construction. Equus will connect the retail spaces to the train station via an enclosed overhead bridge that also connects to the SEPTA parking garage.
