Erbud boasts PLN 82m contract portfolio

17 May 2012

Despite the poor conditions of the Poland’s building sector, the WSE-listed company Erbud says it currently maintains an impressive order book, with the level of contracts amounting to PLN 840m. The orders consist mostly of projects expected to be launched this year, with 60 percent of them backed by foreign investors. Dariusz Grzeszczak, Erbud’s chief executive, says work with private companies is advantageous, “because they are willing to negotiate some of the contract conditions once work is underway, which reduces the risk from our side.”
