Erbud signed a contract worth PLN 60.04 million with R4R RE WAVE 3 for preparatory works (stage I) and general general construction of a service building with a residential function along with the surroundings, external infrastructure, road infrastructure, underground utilities, parking lots and land development (stage II), the company announced. The place of performance of the contract is Warsaw.
The Stage II agreement was concluded under the condition precedent that the investor obtains a final building permit or other equivalent document by August 31, 2021, according to Erbud.
The Erbud Group is a Polish construction group that provides services in the residential, commercial, public utility, engineering, road and energy sectors in Poland and European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In 2020, it had PLN 2.23 billion of consolidated revenues.
