Erbud has signed a contract with Vantage Development worth PLN 73.45 million net for the construction of a residential building as part of the Port Popowice investment in Wroclaw. The subject of the contract is the third stage of the project located at Bialowieska and Popowicka street. The project covers a multi-family residential building with commercial premises on the ground floor and a two-story underground garage with internal and external technical infrastructure as well as land development and utilities including small architecture and greenery.
