Eric Savir was named senior associate at One Real Estate Investment. He will be based in the company’s Miami office. Savir previously served as a senior analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and was a development associate at The Collier Companies. “We are glad to be welcoming Eric to our team,” said Jeronimo Hirschfeld, chairman and CEO of One Real Estate Investment. “He has tremendous energy and drive and will be an asset as we look for growth opportunities.”
