Eric Wahlers has been tapped to head the newly formed tenant representation leasing practice for JLL in the Philadelphia region. In this newly created role, Wahlers will focus his efforts on client services, business development and successful delivery of real estate services for mid-size and large occupiers. He will also provide advisory services for national and global portfolio accounts. With more than 15 years of experience, Wahlers previously worked for Gola Corporate Real Estate Inc., where he specialized in tenant advocacy.
