Greenberg Gibbons, a developer of retail and mixed-use properties in the Mid-Atlantic, has named Eric Walter as Executive Vice President, Development, Acquisition & Finance. Walter has served as Senior Vice President at Greenberg Gibbons since 2012. In his new role, Walters will be responsible for overseeing the company’s development activities, acquisition opportunities and all areas of project finance as well as becoming a member of the Board of Directors. Before joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE’s Washington, D.C. office and was a financial analyst at American Capital Strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business and a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Maryland.
