Ericsson Romania, the local subsidiary of the Swedish telecommunications manufacturer, will expand its space at West Gate by 4,000 sqm. Ericsson first moved into the Bucharest office complex in 2008, leasing 4,000 sqm. Today it leases 16,000 sqm. Ericsson also extended its lease to 2019. West Gate offers 75,000 sqm of leasable space in five office buildings. The complex is 96 percent occupied. West Gate comprises five office buildings totaling a lettable area of 75,000 sqm.
