Ericsson has signed a lease on 8,000 sqm at DOT Office in Kraków. The company will relocate to its new office in June and will occupy the entire E Building. The company was represented by JLL. “We wanted to find modern, well-communicated offices and negotiated maximum flexibility of the lease agreement. It was crucial in terms of planning Ericsson’s expansion. We are happy to have been working with Ericsson on such a significant transaction,” said Rafał Oprocha, director of JLL’s Kraków office. DOT Office, developed by Buma Group, is located on Czerwone Maki street within the Krakow Technology Park. The complex was designed by Medusa Group.
