Erka Invest Montenegro broke ground on a five-star hotel and residential complex in the Montenegrin capital. The 27,000 sqm LeGrand Hotel Podgorica will offer 270 units in total as well as a spa, fitness center, night club and shops, including high-end retailers like Hermes, Victoria’s Secret, Damat Tween and Roberto Bravo. The scheme will also feature 108 apartments. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020. Erka Group has completed 65 projects over the past 20 years, totaling $188m, in five countries.
