Erka Group is planning to break ground on a new five-star resort along the Montenegrin coast later this month. Sveti Stefan Hills Condo Hotels & Villas will include 104 apartments and 22 villas on 17,000 sqm. Tens of millions of euros are being invested into the project. Completion is planned for the end of 2020. Erka Group is also developing a new five-star hotel in Podgorica. The Turkish company has delivered a total of 65 projects in five countries.
