Erste Bank has begun construction of the Sirius Offices project in Belgrade. The implementation of the project is split in two stages, the first phase of the office complex comprises 18,607 sqm gross area on floors above the ground level and an underground garage for 180 vehicles. The total investment in the first phase amounts to almost €40 m.
Sirius Offices business complex is located in Belgrade’s Block 43 and will include two office buildings with a total of 29,420 sqm space and a 10,000 sqm hotel.
