Erste Bank Hungary is consolidating some of its subsidiaries, making them affiliates in order to simplify the enterprise’s structure and to be more cost-effective. The affected companies are the Erste subsidiaries dealing with factoring, leasing and property management. Erste also decided to strengthen its leasing company with a capital injection of HUF 1 mn. The changes are to be carried out by the end of the year, though they must be approved first by the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority.
