Erste Group has provided Blackstone with a 5-year €91m facility to acquire a 265,000 sqm, 12-asset logistics portfolio located across CEE in Hungary, Romania, Poland and Slovakia. Additional land is also part of the portfolio. Two of the properties – in Bucharest and Ploiesti – are currently under construction and will be completed by Immofinanz. Blackstone will integrate the assets into Logicor, its European logistics platform.
