ESA logistika is expanding the leased space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków for the second time in recent months. Under the new agreement, the space occupied by the company will increase by 2,900 sqm, thus reaching a total of 10,400 sqm.
ESA logistika is one of the logistics leaders in the CEE region. The company operates, among others in the area of distribution logistics, warehousing, international road and intermodal transport as well as sea and air freight. It also offers logistics outsourcing projects and a wide range of value-added services (VAS). As part of the global network, the Hitachi Transport System Group employs more than 1,500 people today.

Our strategic goal is to respond to their needs with the highest standard of logistics, quickly and flexibly, regardless of changing conditions in global supply chains. This approach is very close to that presented by SEGRO – the company offered us its full support when, only six months after signing the contract, we needed to increase the space we occupied in Stryków again,” says Marcin Stańczak, Warehouse Product Business Manager at ESA logistika.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków currently has an area of over 300,000 sqm and is the company’s largest warehouse park in Central Europe, which can additionally be extended up to 400,000 sqm. It was created for large and medium-sized enterprises. It is distinguished by an excellent location – it is located in the very center of Poland, at the intersection of the north-south and east-west routes. It is located approx. 8 km from Łódź and directly next to the A2 motorway (Berlin-Moscow), and close to the junction connecting the A2 and A1 motorways, as well as DK14 connecting Łódź with Warsaw. The park is under the care of a dedicated Property Manager, and all new facilities have the BREEAM ecological certification.
