ESET, the Slovak computer security company, has extended its lease at Aupark Tower in Bratislava and expanded its size to 11,9000 sqm. It’s the third time the company has extended a lease that began with an agreement for 4,000 sqm back in 2008. At the time, ESET employed 150 people in the building. The extension is good news for Aupark Tower’s owner Wood & Co. “”We decided to stay at Aupark Tower following the outcome of a selection procedure, which assessed this solution as the best one,” said Pavel Luka, Chief Operating Officer. “We were also convinced by the very good cooperation with the landlord, which included property management.” Aupark Tower, with 32,790 m2 of leasable area, has been part of the commercial real estate portfolio of WOOD & Company Real Estate since last year. The company won CIJ Awards Slovakia in the category Best Investment Transaction in commercial real estate market in Slovakia of 2018 for the purchase of Aupark Tower.
