ESJ Capital Partners has closed on the purchase of the Palm Beach Maritime Academy’s elementary school in a $7.2 million transaction. The 38,588 building on West Lantana Road in Lantana includes a McDonald’s ground lease and an adjacent Dollar General store. Situated on a 4.6 acre site, the property is located within the Palm Beach County district and is approximately 10 miles from downtown West Palm Beach. The seller was Palm Beach Maritime Museum Inc. ESJ plans to invest $400 million in educational facilities throughout the U.S. over the next five years and currently has invested in 37 charter and private schools.
