ESJ Capital Partners added Thomas Long and David Schneider to its Florida investment team. The two have more than two decades of combined experience in real estate finance and development. Long, who was previously vice president and co-head of educational investments at EPR Properties, will serve as managing director of investments, developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives. Schneider will serve as vice president and will lead acquisitions and underwriting of office and mixed-use due diligence efforts. Prior to ESJ, he was vice president of acquisitions for New Boston Fund, where he led acquisitions and due diligence of opportunistic and value-add office and industrial investments in the Southeastern US.
