The head of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) Klaus Reglingestimated that the review of the Greek bailout program will be completed within the next four weeks.

In an interview for the Wall Street Journal, he explained that major political issues are currently being negotiated, such as the tax and pension reform and management of non-performing loans. However, he said that reaching an agreement in this time would require there be no major conflicts over the the main goals of the program.

He stressed that the 3.5 percent primary surplus that was agreed to in July 2015 will not be disputed.
