A 737 sqm villa on Unirii Square built in 1940 and recently renovated was fully leased by Next Advertising. Meanwhile, K Pos Software Company has leased 646 sqm in Sun Office building and Module Works, another software company, rented a 500 sqm villa in Aviatiei zone.
The Bion Advanced Support Team has rented an office building of 520 sqm, built in 2007 in the Victoria area, while the Italian company Triangolo, which opened its first headquarters in Romania, has rented office space with an area of 916 sqm in the Giulesti area.
