Harvest Holdings affiliate HH Essex House has purchased the Essex House apartment complex in West Palm Beach for $10 million, or $62,102 per unit. Located at 2700 Vandiver Drive and 537 South Sequoia Dive, the property was built in two phases beginning in 1971. The 128,333 square feet of buildings rise from two to four stories and comprise 156 units. The seller was Bajon Enterprises, a North Palm Beach-based company owned by the Charles W. Johnson Trust.
