Plant City contractor Esterline Construction Inc. will build a $15.7 million apartment community in the Jacksonville neighborhood of Bartram Park. Located at 13990 Bartram Park Blvd., the 390 unit complex will be spread over 17 three-story buildings. Most of the buildings will have five individual garages within the building footprint reserved for tenant use. Edward H. Hunton of Maitland is the architect and the engineer for the project is John William Renfrow of Coral Gables.
