EU indexes see slight gains at today’s opening

European markets started today’s trading with slight gains, driven up by the strong performances of major US indexes on Tuesday. NASDAQ-100 increased by a healthy 1.5 percent at Tuesday’s closing, while the S&P 500 was up by 1 percent and the Dow Jones Composite ended trading with a 0.7 percent gain.
The Spain’s IBEX35 index was up by 0.2 percent at the start of today’s trading, while Britain’s FTSE250 index increased by 0.1 percent. France’s CAC40 also increased slightly this morning, as did Germany’s DAX index.
