Valea Izvoarelor Senior Living invests EUR 6 million in Cluj Senior Village, the first residential complex in Romania for people over 55 years old. The complex will be inaugurated next year and will offer for sale 64 apartments, with prices between EUR 41,000 and EUR 94,000.
The project will include 64 apartments with areas between 27 and 57 sqm: 50 Studio apartments of 27 sqm, 10 Condo apartments of 34 sqm and 4 Grand Condo apartments of 57 sqm. The purchased apartment can be resold or rented at any time. Approximately 100 people over the age of 55 will live in the complex.
