Euro Insol, the judicial administrator of Citadella Titan, has sold 12 apartments at the Bucharest residential complex, netting €600,000 from the sales. Citadella Titan includes 224 apartments in two housing blocks. Prices range from €35,000 for a studio to €65,000 for a three-room apartment. Two-bedroom apartments are selling for €49,000. Citadella Titan became insolvent in late 2012. Banca Comerciala Romana financed the project and is hoping to recover €10.4m from individual apartment sales.
