Euro-Net takes 1,860 sqm at Prologis Park Poznań III

Euro-Net has signed a pre-lease for 1,860 sqm of office and warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań III. The property, underway in Poznań, is Prologis’ first small business unit. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the lease process. Prologis Park Poznań III is going up on 14 ha in close proximity to the A2 motorway and will offer 57,500 sqm of modern warehouses, manufacturing facilities and offices. Euro-Net will focus on cross-docking operations at its new facility. Prologis Park Poznań III will include several docks, large truck yards and additional parking spaces.
