Euro Pool System, a Dutch producer of reusable food packaging, has signed a lease agreement for 8,970 sqm of warehouse and 560 sqm of office space at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the transaction. Panattoni Park Gliwice III is located in Upper Silesia, one of the most rapidly growing regions in Poland. Currently, it consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 47,000 sqm. The facilities offer storage, production and office space, which can be adapted to the needs of tenants from various sectors.
