Euro Styl S.A. has acquired land located in Gdańsk’s Młode Miasto area. The seller, Atrium European Real Estate, was represented by JLL. The parcel, covering nearly 7 ha, is located between Popiełuszki, Doki and Rybaki Górne streets in the vicinity of the European Solidarity Centre. The developer is planning to build a mixed-use scheme offering residential and office as well as a wide range of services. Plans call for 1,200 apartments and commercial units and 30,000 sqm of office space.
