Euro Styl, a subsidiary of Dom Development, has launched apartment sales for the next phase of its Osiedle Beauforta residential project in Gdynia. The building is located on Tadeusza Kościuszki street in the vicinity of recreational areas, including forests, nature reserves and beaches. The investment includes 32 two-, three- and four-room apartments with balconies or loggias. The units range from 38 sqm to 77 sqm. The building offers an underground garage with 26 parking spots as well as 18 storage rooms. Prices range from PLN 5,700 to PLN 7020 per sqm.
