Euro Styl, a subsidiary of Dom Development, has launched apartment sales for the next phase of its Zielony Południk residential project in Gdańsk. The project is going up on Władysława Jagiełły street in the city’s Gdańsk Południe district. The apartments, ranging in size from 36.93 sqm to 74.31 sqm, will be equipped with terraces or balconies. Prices start at PLN 258,510. Mini parks, squares with benches and walking paths have been designed within the scheme. Euro Styl SA is a leading housing developer on the Tri-City market, which carries out investments in Gdańsk, Gdynia and Rumia. Since June 2017, the company has been part of the Dom Development SA Capital Group, which is a leader on the Warsaw residential market and one of the largest and longest-running developers on the Polish market. Since joining forces, Euro Styl has been increasing its pace of expansion on the local market. Between 2019 and 2022, the developer is planning to build a total of more than 4,300 units.
