Euro Styl S.A. started selling its Zielony Południk apartments, going up on Jagiełły street in Gdańsk. The first phase will offer 52 apartments distributed in two four-story buildings. The apartments, ranging from 36.46 sqm to 72.02 sqm, will be equipped with terraces or balconies. Prices start at PLN 4,850 per sqm. The investment will also offer 52 storage rooms, with prices ranging from PLN 2,775 to PLN 6,570. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.
