Eurocash has announced that taking over the food distributor Tradis will not affect its earlier plan to open 100 new retail locations. “We will keep pace as previously announced. This year we expect to open some 100 Delikatesy Centrum,” says Jan Domański, Eurocash spokesman. At the moment, its network covers 650 stores across Poland. The company’s sales over the first three quarters grew to PLN 941m, 25 percent higher than the same period in 2010.
