Eurocash is moving its Warsaw office to Marynarska Business Park. The Polish wholesale distributor is taking 4,618 sqm of office space in Heitman’s complex with plans to move into the new premises in June, 2017. In making decision to relocate its Warsaw headquarters, the company opted to remain in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, despite concerns about poor access, congestion and parking difficulties. Eurocas starts the relocation process this month, which will be conducted in phases. JLL brokered the deal.
