Eurofins GSC Poland, an international group of laboratories that provides testing services to the pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing and consumer product industries, has leased 1,700 sqm of office space at Katowice Business Point. Cushman & Wakefield acted as an advisor. Katowice Business Point is an eleven-floor class A office building offering 17,000 sqm of leasable space and 200 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. It is located in downtown Katowice, next to the Silesia City Center retail complex, providing easy access to public transportation. KBP has a BREEAM certificate.
