Laboratory testing company Eurofins Poland has leased 1,700 sqm of office space at Katowice Business Point. Cushman & Wakefield advised Syrena Real Estate, which was representing Starwood Capital Group, the building’s owner. The property is an 11-floor class A office building located next to the Silesia City Center retail complex. The building offers 17,000 sqm of leasable space as well as 200 parking spots in a three-level underground car park. Katowice Business Point is BREEAM-certified with a rating of Very Good.
