Eurogate Logistics, a provider of global freight forwarding transport solutions, has leased 866 sqm at the Astrum Business Park in Warsaw. Cushman & Wakefield represented IRYDION, the owner of the complex. The Astrum Business Park is located in Warsaw’s Włochy district, at the crossroads of Jerozolimskie avenue and Łupuszańska street. The investment offers more than 20,000 sqm of office and service space, and many employee amenities, including a canteen, an ATM and a car wash. The complex has a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
