Euromall invests €6m in residential scheme

Euromall owned by Israelis and Moshe Turgeman and Tomer Barhom is investing €6m in a block of 36 apartments located on Sfintii Voievozi Street, near Calea Victoriei in Bucharest. The project will be called Vernescu Residence and will be opened in March, next year.

The block consists of 18 types of apartments with up to 4 bedrooms and are designed by Westfourth Architecture. Imoteca will handle the sale of apartments costing between €100,000 and €500,000. Euromall developed also a commercial center in Pitesti in 2007 which it sold to IMMOFINANZ for €80m.
