Euronet Polska, owner of the largest ATM network in Europe, will move its headquarters to the Gdanski Business Center in July. The company will occupy nearly 3,380 sqm in the office complex, developed by HB Reavis at the border of Warsaw’s Śródmieście and Żoliborz districts. Euronet was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The transaction is the largest office lease signed in Warsaw so far this year. The Gdanski Business Center offers 100,000 sqm of class A office space in four buildings. Tenants include KPMG, Nielsen, GE, Bank BPH, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, eMAG, BGŻ BNP Paribas, the Agricultural Property Agency and the insurance group Aviva.
