Europa Capital and WX Management Services have acquired the Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel located in central Warsaw. The 311-room, four-star hotel offers a number of restaurants, conference and leisure facilities. WXMS advised Europa Capital in the acquisition, but it’s also a co-investor and will be doing asset management of the hotel. Robert Martin, a co-founder at Europa Capital, says Warsaw’s hotel sector is currently going through “a period of demand supply imbalance.” He said the hotel’s location and track record made it an excellent acquisition. Europa Capital worked with WXMS previously in the refurbishment of the Sobieski hotel in Warsaw.
