Europa Capital has completed the first phase of Aries Industrial Park in Turda. The first phase offers approximately 3,500 sqm of class A light industrial space suitable for storage, assembly and/or manufacturing purposes. Europa Capital is planning to build more light industrial space as well as built-to-suit facilities for small and medium-sized companies to meet growing demand.
Aries Industrial Park benefits from the Romanian government’s Industrial Park Title incentive program. The program provides economic subsidies to companies that lease space or purchase land at the park. The project is part of Europa Capital’s Emerging Europe Fund, which also has investments in Bucharest and Sofia.
