Europa Capital and White Star have formed a JV to acquire Warsaw’s CBD Plac Małachowskiego offices, a landmark project of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties. Located close to Saski Gardens and Plac Pilsudski between Warsaw’s CBD and the old town, the 18,000 sqm office building recently underwent extensive redevelopment, having been anchored by the K & L Gates law firm. Europa and White Star formed a JV solely for the acquisition, with White Star set to act as asset and property manager.
