P3 Logistic Parks, a developer and owner of logistics properties in Europe, has completed the prolongation of a lease agreement with Europapier for 13,732 m2 of warehouse space and 450 m2 of office space at P3 Błonie park.

Europapier Polska is one of the largest distributors in Poland of printing and office paper, packaging materials, advertising media and hygiene products. The Europapier Group operates in 13 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), as part of Heinzel holding company, which is a leading industry investor with global reach. In Poland, Europapier has been growing since 1991, with its main office located in the West Station complex at the Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station, in the capital city. The building has a BREEAM “Very Good” certification level.

The extension of the lease agreement follows the company’s development and the fact we are satisfied with the existing cooperation with P3 Logistics Parks”.
P3 Błonie Park is located just 27 km west of Warsaw, at the intersection of the 92 national road and the A2 motorway, which is part of the E30 European transit route. The park consists of 15 buildings constructed between 1999 and 2022. The largest tenants include Antalis, DSV Solutions, Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier, Quick Service Logistics, Green Factory Logistics and Triumph.
