European Logistics Investment, a dynamically developing logistics platform together with its strategic partner Panattoni, will lease more warehouse space in the Silesian voivodeship. At the facility Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska II, almost 57,000 sqm will be delivered for use, of which nearly 45,000 sqm have been leased to Dywidag and LATEX Opony. Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska II includes two class A warehouse buildings with 57,000 sqm of space, meeting the needs of clients from various industries. The facility offers flexible conditions for shaping warehouse and office modules according to individual needs. The surface of the facility can be used for both storage and light production. The park is equipped with maneuvering areas, zero gates and LED lighting.
