Cushman & Wakefield has finished leasing the recently refurbished Europejski Offices in Warsaw. Tenants include WeWork, Alior Bank Private Banking, Vogue Poland and four private equity funds. The property, located on Krakowskie Przedmieście street, features openable windows and private terraces offering views of Piłsudskiego Square, the Saxon Garden and the Presidential Palace. In addition to office space, the Europejski complex also includes a five-star hotel operated under the Raffles brand and retail units. H.E.S.A. is the project’s owner and investor.
