The construction volume on the Romanian market decreased by 1.6 percent m-o-m and 2.2 percent y-o-y in March, in Romania, according to Eurostat. In the EU, construction output decreased by 1.4 percent m-o-m and 0.9 percent in the eurozone, the data shows. The largest decreases were reported in Slovenia (-8.5 percent), Hungary (-6.3 percent) and the Czech Republic (-5.1 percent). The largest increases, meanwhile were reported in Sweden (3.5 percent), France (1.2 percent) and the Netherlands (0.9 percent).
