Eurostat data shows that Greece continues to be one of the worst performers on the European housing market, dropping by 6 percent in Q3 2015. This is the second biggest decrease among all EU countries, with only Latvia faring worse, reporting a 7.6-percent decrease in the third quarter.
Three other countries posted decreases for the period, including France (-1.2 percent), Croatia (-3 percent) and Italy (-2.3 percent). By comparison, Sweden posted a 13.7-percent y-o-y increase.
