Eurovia building new headquarters in Prague 4-Krč

12 September 2017

Eurovia CS is building its new headquarters in Prague 4-Krč near the planned metro D station. The construction company plans to complete the new building by the end of 2017, and relocate from its current seat at Palác Dunaj on Národní street in Prague 1 at the beginning of 2018. The new building, designed by architect Petr Kolář, will offer 3,000 sqm of space across three floors including a training center and laboratories where it plans to develop and test modern construction materials, writes Hospodářské noviny. The new headquarters will accommodate 60 employees and company management and offer parking for 50 cars. Eurovia hopes the new space will allow it to cut operational costs. Eurovia started to prepare the new project in Krč in 2011 but didn’t secure a construction permit until April 2016. The company will leave the historic palace at Národní after 60 years, having sold it to Zeitgeist Asset Management earlier this year.
