Miami developer Victor Uzan’s Evergreen Overseas Holdings Inc has submitted plans with Miami Beach’s Planning Board for a new mixed use project in the area. Located at 929 Alton road on a vacant lot, the plans call for a four story 30,000 square foot building that will offer office space on the top level, ground floor retail, and 82 parking spaces. Evergreen has selected IDEA Architecture of Aventura as the architect for the scheme. The plans are scheduled to go before Miami Beach’s board in September.
