Sanford-based Evergreen LLC has asked for a horse stable in Seminole County to be rezone for a mixed-use development with new homes and an office building. The new project would sit on the 29.2 acre Over the Hill Farm site at the corner of Thomas Stable Road south of Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Sanford. The project calls for 99 single-family homes and a 25,840-square-foot, two-story office building. The Seminole County Commission will look at the rezoning request, as well as a master development plan at its Sept. 22 meeting.
