Evernex has leased 300 sqm of class A space at Bobrowiecka 8 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant during the lease process. “The decision to go to Bobrowiecka 8 was made based on more than the building’s standard, location and the financial terms of the lease. An essential factor here was the opportunity to design a brand new office that would fully utilize the potential of the space available,” said Magdalena Waszkiewicz, junior consultant of the office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Bobrowiecka 8, opened in November 2017, offers 22,000 sqm of office space as well as 2,500 sqm of retail. The developer was Spectra Development, while JEMS Architekci designed the scheme.
